him and his 'magic' chair

So this chair you see Tyler in is what Heath and I like to call his 'magic' chair...it works like a charm...anytime he gts a little fussy, we turn the vibrate on and put him in and he is happy as can be...so as you can see, most of my pictures are taken in this thing....I was looking back through pictures and I really think my child grew over night...Here are some pics of him in 'the chair'

tyler is 2 months old!

I can't believe it...I have already been sleep deprived for 2 months and I am still alive :) haha. No, really, these past 2 months have been the best 2 months of our lives. It is so fun to watch our little man grow. He is smiling all the time now, laughing and moving all over the place. He is way too much fun to watch, I could just stare at him all day...he is our little miracle and we love him to pieces...

So our good friend Amanda came to see Tyler when he was 4 days shy of a month old! She was out of town when he was born and didn't get to take any newborn pictures of him, so she came over to snap a couple of him at a month old!! Looking at these pictures (Tyler is now almost 2 months old) I can not believe how different he already looks!! Crazy! So here they are!! I love them! Thank you again so much Amanda!! :)

Today was a rough day....ughh I hate shots for myself, let alone watching someone stick them in my tiny child. Tyler had his 2 month check up today...even though he isn't 2 months for 8 more days :) He weighed in at 13 pounds 1 ounce and was 23 inches long...my little boy is growing like a weed! He did pretty good with the shots, thank goodness my wonderful husband was with me, I could not have done it alone. The sound of your baby screaming in pain has got to be the worst sound in the world...yes, it brought tears to my eyes...I know...lame :) haha. I am not one to cry much but this was rough :) And to think, we have to go almost every month for the next 6 months...Heath better request his time off work on those days...I can't do it alone!

Here are some pictures of Tyler from the past couple of weeks. He just started smiling back at us and talking (cooing) at about 6 weeks old. It absolutely makes my heart melt when he looks at me and smiles and talks to us....best. feeling. ever! Here are some recent pictures of the little man :)

Last Thursday we stopped over at a friends house to do something (Can't tell on here because it is a surprise for daddy) met up with some of my Mom friends and their little ones and then headed to the beach with Sonja, John John, Alicia, Kenny and the girls...it was a fun filled day!
